I love to create an environment where others can can slow down and create a sense of self awareness through the physical, emotional and spiritual bodies.

We are busy living our lives all of the time, and it is important to cultivate a sense of spaciousness to breathe and to be to ensure we live a balanced and harmonious life.

I incorporate a deeply meditative approach to the long held postures of Yin Yoga to turn inward, relax the nervous system, and simultaneously create a sense of release throughout the connective tissue of the body.

Since completing my 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training, I found resonance with Yin Yoga and QiGong and have since completed Advanced Yin and Chinese Medicine with renowned Yin teacher Hugh Lee and Dr Becky Andrews and Qigong Training with Nicole Lee. My exploration of the meridian pathways in the body deepens with my current diploma in acupressure and aromatic kinesiology training.


Virtual Class Offering

LEARN FROM THE COMFORT OF YOUR OWN LIVING ROOM - OR PRIVATE SPACE

Enjoy a one hour online class, where you are guided through restorative practices of gentle yin yoga and relaxation techniques to support you in mind and body. Finished with a guided meditation to ease you into a restful evening.

All bookings will receive access to the online replay for a month. So if you cannot make it on the night, you are welcome to watch the replay in your own time as most convenient for you.

Includes:
 ∙60-minute online guided class via zoom
∙ Yin Yoga, acupressure and relaxation techniques
∙ Access to the online recording for one month (if you cannot make it live you will still receive the recording)
